The course: Web Engineering is created for the students of B.Sc.(CA): 2021-22 Batch.
Aim of this course is to thoroughly understanding of design, manipulation and management of databases. The course participants will be exposed to the various models of database systems and different DBMS to enable them make viable choices. The ultimate aim is to encourage the usage of database management systems for effective data management.
After completing this course, the student should be able to:
Differentiate between File processing System and DBMS.

Understand the needs and uses of database management systems in Business.

Design a correct, new database information system for a Business Functional area.

Correctly use the techniques, components and tools of a typical database Management system, such as Oracle or MySQL, to build a comprehensive Database information system (application).
